Punta Ala-After the performance last weekend of the section devoted to monotypes Platu 25, 24 and Laser SB3 Este with the dispute section of the altitude (X41-X35-ORC- IRC) this weekend ended the 2009 edition of the Trophy. The 4 beautiful days with excellent weather and the excellent work of the Race Committee and Protest Committee has ensured a smooth functioning of the sea trials and protests on the ground.
In the class X-41 (also valid event for the award of Italian Champion in 2009), won LadyX (Ravaioni) followed by WB-Five (Bassetti) and Le Coq Hardi (Pavel).
In the class X-35 victory Tixelio (Brenco) followed by Ready for Sea (Gradnik) and Sberressa (Bonavolontà).
In IRC class victory Faster (Focosi) followed by Kryos (Camper) and Scamperix (Mori). In the class
ORC win the eighth sin (Tesorone) followed by Cocunut (Sodini) and Kryos (campers).
Francesco Gabbi was on board as helmsman on the boat "Dreamcatcher II," a Comet 45 S and came second in the category ORC C1.
